Hakuto Assigns Matrix as Exclusive North American Distributor

This letter serves as notice of announcement of the signing of an Exclusive Distribution agreement between the Hakuto Co. Ltd. and Matrix USA Inc. Hakuto is a premier provider of high end manufacturing equipment for the Printed Circuit Board (PCB) Industry. Matrix USA is a leading national distributor of consumables and equipment into the PCB industry. The Hakuto Co. is well recognized for their advances in Dry Film laminator technology world wide, and provides solutions for the demanding surface configurations of today’s thin core materials.
In the words of Matrix’s President Kieran Healy, “To be successful in the North American PWB Industry, manufacturers must be able to produce high technology and high quality PCB Boards. Hakuto’s advanced designed products consistently support these capabilities.”
Matrix USA, who itself has been in the sales and service of many leading PCB products had acquired the assets of Circuit Image Systems (CIS) Inc. earlier in 2005. CIS had been Hakuto’s former exclusive distributor in North America. Blending of the two companies now only strengthens Hakuto’s representation in the U.S. and Canada.
Along with Hakuto’s technology driven auto-sheet Laminator, other equipment offered, include their fully Automated Exposure Systems, and Artwork and Inner Layer Panel Inspection Systems.
Matrix USA and its partners in the U.S. and Canada will become the exclusive focal source for all Certified Hakuto Sales and Service for Certified Hakuto Spare Parts.
